By doing Vietnam Homestay Tour 15 days, we are trying to build up the new concept of travelling. In the past, when travelling with big family, you always concern about the smooth arrangement and security, the security, especially the cancellation policy. As normally, all hotels have a very strict cancellation policy which will affect badly on our refund amount.
However, if staying in a homestay for the whole trip, this problem will be resolved but you are wondering whether or not these homestays are suitable and comfort during your stay.
With Yin Yang, it is no longer issue at this time. We have the long-term relationship with the various network of homestays through-out Vietnam which help us to control services as well as bring you the honest consultant/advice.
One more important thing, for your privacy in the homestay, we will arrange the private room for your family. With some exceptional homestay, they are not available private room, we will share the large communal area on the traditional house-on-stilts. However, it is upon on request to arrange for our group only and no group can join. The sleeping corner is set up with a single mattress, blankets, pillow and mosquito net. The restroom is in the Western style and few steps from the main house.

Child Policy for land tour
Child from 0-5 years old (sharing all services: free of charge, maximum 1 child per room
Child from 6-11 years old (sharing bed with parent): 50% adult’s rate, maximum 1 child per room
Child from 6-11 years old (with extra bed): 80% adult’s rate, maximum 1 child per room
Child from 12 years old up: 100% adult’s rate
Child Policy for airfare
Child under 2 years old: 10% airfare of adult
Child from 2 to under 12 years old: 75% airfare of adult
Child from 12 years old up: 100% adult fare
F.O.C Policy
01 F.O.C person will be applied for group from 20-30 paying adults up (maximum 02 F.O.C for group)
F.O.C person based on sharing accommodation.
Supplement charge
All bookings requested for the period of national holidays, New Year or Christmas Day will be added 30% on the above rates.
Cancellation Policy
All confirmed land tour services whether canceled, amended, postponed, delayed or similar will be treated under the company’s cancellation policy:
Between 60 and 45 days prior to departure 10% of full amount
Between 45 days and 35 days prior to departure 30% of full amount
Between 34 days and 15 days prior to departure 50% of full amount
Between 14 days and 07 days prior to departure 100% of full amount
All issued domestic airlines tickets whether changed, canceled will be treated under the company’s cancellation policy:
Change during normal season USD 5/ticket
Cancellation during normal season USD 25/ticket
Change/Cancellation during Vietnamese New Year period USD 40/ticket
