PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT
To ensure each party is responsible for fulfilling any of its obligations, we set out below our standard payment terms and conditions:
– Deposit: Either full payment or a deposit of 30% of total cost will be required and decided base on individual tour basis. This should be done via one of our available online payment methods. Customers will receive confirmation documents or vouchers within 24 hours after we have received the deposit.
– Final Payment: Full payment is due at least 1 day prior to your scheduled arrival in Vietnam. Payment by cash or credit cards both are accepted.
CONFIRM BOOKING AND VOUCHER
– All confirmations are generally confirmed by return e-mail within 1 working day. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation.
– Voucher will be issued by The Terrible Tour Guide after the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed.
– A service voucher will be given for customer directly or by email.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND.
– Any cancellation of a booking must be in writing and shall only be effective upon its acknowledged receipt by The Terrible Tour Guide.
– For cancellations made within 7 days and 48 hrs before the day of the service we reserve the right to retain 25% of the due amount.
– For cancellations made within 48 hrs of the tour we reserve the right to retain the full fee.
– No refunds are given in case of force majeure
– No refunds are given if the client leaves the program after it has began for any reasons whatsoever or miss any scheduled sightseeing or visit or no showing up.
