Payments – Aziz Travelland tours payment terms are very attractive and always flexible to its clients where
the client is free to decide the percentage of advance payment 10% to 50% at the time of confirming the booking.
When it comes to the balance payment, again the client is free to decide making the payment before arrival or on arrival at the airport to our representative who will be available at the airport to meet and greet you.
Cancellation Policy– Aziz Travellands tours Cancellation Policy The client is free to request a cancellation within 7days or more before the arrival date paying us 10% of the cost for our documentation and Ground work done at our end after receiving the written confirmation from the client Even if there is a last minute cancellation or no show we always try to minimize the cancellation charges as much as we can to make our clients comfortable Further after confirmation and making the initial advance payment if the travelers make arrangement to postpone the tour we are
always in a position to carry forward the full initial advance payment to next travel date.
• Cancellations within 01 to 06 days of the arrival date – 100% of the value of the booking
• Cancellations within 7 to 13 days of the arrival date – 50% of the value of the booking Cancellations within 14 to 28 days of the arrival date – 25% of the value of the booking
• Cancellations beyond 28 days of the arrival date – to be decided by the hotel on case-by-case basis
Refund Policy – If your not Entirely happy with your purchased, we will cheerfully issue applicable refund provided such refund is sought pursuant to cancellation and the request for same is made within 72 hours of your purchase and shall be further subject to the travel agent having not processed your order, To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within three (2) days of your purchase.
Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period however, we shall not be liable for any default caused in processing the refund amount owing to the delay caused by processing bank.
Terms & Conditions
Aziz Travelland tours Terms & Conditions, We agree to do the undertaken tour for you from airport to airport as per the final itinerary and confirmation submitted.
We will be provide you English speaking Chauffer / he will take care of your trip until the end
Once the final Confirmation / Agreement is approved by you if we change any of the hotels without your approval we guarantee your money back, In every hotel we provide we guarantee you a doctor on call. Hence you are expected to inform us you medical condition (exceptional cases) in case you require a service of a doctor whilst in Sri Lanka. Further you are expected to inform us in advance if you require a wheel chair from airport to airport The Vehicle we provide we guarantee a tourist passenger insurance cover.
We are not in a position to be responsible for any weather and climatic changes which is totally beyond our control
You have to be ready with valid passport, approved visa and other relevant documents go through the emigration on arrival without any interruption and without any undue delay.
