No tour available
The date or time of a booked tour can be changed at anytime up to 24 hours before the tour. This does not incur a charge. Any changes are subject to availability.
If you cancel your tour more than 24 hours before the tour starts, the full price of the tour will be reimbursed to you via PayPal minus an administration fee of $10 AUD.
If you cancel the tour within 24 hours or you don’t turn up for your tour, no reimbursement will be made.
If for any reason, Atmosphere cannot provide the tour or (if applicable) your cruise ship cannot berth in Port Vila due to adverse weather conditions, you will receive a full refund.
If the date or time for your cruise ship berthing in Port Vila is changed, Atmosphere will rearrange the tour for the new date or time. If this is not possible we will give you a full refund.
