The following are general cancellation policies which are applicable for most of our listed tours and transportation services:
Cancellation requests made 2 (two) or more days prior to the confirmed service date are subject to a 20% penalization on the total amount paid for the reservation.
Cancellation requests within 1 (one) day or 24 hours to the confirmed service date or a NO SHOWS are 100% nonrefundable. NO SHOWS are not covered by our CANCELLATION INSURANCE (Read More...).
Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours from the date and time of your scheduled pickup will not be refunded the amount pre-paid online or the service fee unless you have purchased the Cancellation Insurance that we offer during the booking process.
The cancellation insurance fee is not refundable.
