Our gastronomy is included in the concept of high Andean cuisine, in witch we rediscover Andean raw materials forgotten in time, with a quality and freshness that takes us to apply modern gourmet techniques. The permanent pursuit of exquisite products, brings trouts from Yala thaw, fresh herbs, Fungi and mushrooms just uprooted, seafood from the Pacifc, rabbits, lambs and llamas from Puna without using hermetic containers or freezing. Everything with wines in a class of their own, made with grapes harvested at 2.000 mts above sea level. Only for the pleasure of offering true flavors.
