Gatsby offers a daily broad breakfast buffet that includes eggs and omelettes any style, waffles, pancakes, at least three types of cereals and three fruits each day, yogurt, oatmeal, selection of cheeses and cold cuts, sausages, arepas, empanada and /or almojábanas, a selection of minimum 6 types of breads, toasts, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, milk, and one Special of the Day.
A-la-carte lunch is served from noon until 3:00 pm
A-la-carte dinner is served from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm
