Experience the Australian wildlife indulged in luxury, surrounded ancient burrawang palms (macrozamia cycads) and towered over by blackbutt and spotted gum eucalypts.
The result is absolute privacy – except for the rosellas, king parrots, bower birds, kangaroos, wallabies and endangered yellow-bellied gliders that make this land their home. This tranquil scene is thousands of years in the making, rated as an endangered ecological community and truly rare and precious.
The ultra-modern cabins, which are spread well apart, are classed as private spa, premium spa and double-bedroom spa (perfect for two couples travelling together) and all have cathedral-like glass walls to drink in the views. Appointments include a king bed, double spa bath, fully equipped kitchen & laundry, your own private barbecue deck and a cosy log heater. This retreat is surrounded by natural forest, next to a nature reserve and flanked by freshwater and tidal wetlands. It is handy to the amazing white sand surf beaches of the blue pacific ocean, subtropical rainforests, the Mogo Zoo and national park wilderness areas.
In short, a superb base for bushwalking, bird watching, sea kayaking, horseback riding, exploring craft shops, a variety of eateries and art galleries – or just marvelling at the setting. Facilities: One-and two-bedroom ‘Bowers’, each with king bedroom, kitchen, lounge (fire, TV, DVD/CD), bathroom (double spa), deck (BBQ), laundry, WiFi free. Full breakfast provisions (first morning).

Alternatively, The Bower is just 7kms from the Moruya Airport, serviced by Regional Express Airlines, with 3 flights per day to and from Sydney. Car Hire can be arranged through Hertz or Red Spot Car Rentals.

• If you find any problem with your accommodation please notify Mark & Sue of the issue as soon as practicable so that we have an opportunity to remedy the situation.
• Whilst taking all reasonable precautions, The Bower management can not be responsible for “acts of god/mother nature”, i.e. fire, storms, floods or take responsibility for other parties issues (e.g. power outages).
• Allocation of individual Bower is subject to other bookings, before/after your stay.
• We accept all major credit cards and reserve the right to recover merchant processing fees from the payers card account.
• This quote is subject to other bookings which may be received. In the event of 2 requests for confirmation, the reservation will be allocated to the guest who places a deposit first.
• We reserve the right to upgrade your reservation to another Bower, should this be required to accommodate multiple requests by guests for the same night[s].
• In the event of cancellation your deposit will be refunded, less any costs incurred by us, if your booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to your arrival date. If less than 14 days notice is given, your deposit will be refunded if we are able to relet the accommodation. All cancellations must be in writing and attract a 10% admin fee.
