Non-refundable
Any interruption of stay shall not give rise to any refund. The Estate reserves the right to find the first application
Cancellation/ prepayment
if you cancel, the deposit is kept by the field and the remaining balance is due in full.
In case of late arrival, the reservation is canceled after 24 hours with no indication of the customer and will not be refunded.
If reservation is made through an intermediary, gift box, gift, gift voucher, travel agency or tour operator, service is not changeable nor refundable.
In case of force majeure (ea natural disaster, ...) which prevents us from assuring its obligations, it shall return to you the full amount of your stay so you can not claim any additional damages or claims .
