Hilton House Hotel sits in the small village of Hilton in South Derbyshire in the Dove Valley bordered by East Staffordshire.

Sitting in between Derby to its North and Burton to the South Hilton House is a convenient hotel for accessing the Peak District whether on holiday or if on business in the local area.

Hilton House is a converted family home built in 1850's with the character of an older building managed by the owners and their staff, who are a friendly bunch who will assist in what ever way they can.

The hotel is on two levels with a seperate annex with 2 Ground floor bedrooms.

The annex has four bedrooms which dogs are allowed to stay in given the proximity to the hotel garden.

The hotel has a large restaurant come function room making it a popular venue for Weddings, birthdays, society dinners and most other celebrations.

Located just off of Junction 5 of the A50 Hilton House is very close to major routes out of the Midlands with the M1 and M6 approx 30 minutes drive in either direction

The hotel is not 24 hour manned and has no porter.
Guests have keys to the front door so that they can come and go

Non-refundable
The hotel operates a 48 hour cancellation policy. If at that point there are still rooms available there is no charge, if however we are already full you will be charged for the first nights stay
Cancellation/ prepayment
Credit or Debit Card details are required to secure a booking. Non arrival will result in the whole booking being charged for. Late cancellation inside 48 hours will be charged if the hotel is full. The management uses discretion and will only charge if other bookings have been knowingly turned away.
Children and extra beds
Four of the rooms have a double bed and single bed that can accommodate one child, three of these rooms have space for a 4th fold out bed for a second child, though the space will be quite cramped
Pets
We permit dogs in our four bedrooms in the annex by prior arrangement for a £5 surcharge per night
