1. It is a condition of occupancy that this sheet be signed and presented on check-in. Management reserves the right to refuse occupancy to any person or persons refusing to do so.
2. 100% of price is required upon booking. The amount may be paid by cash, cheque or credit card before occupancy commences. If paying by cheque or direct debit, amount will need to be sited in Girraween Environmental Lodge bank account before booking and dates are finalised.
3. Bookings are subject to availability. Some dates such as public holidays, school vacation times or other undisclosed dates may be excluded.
4. Occupancy starts and finishes on the dates shown on the receipt in accordance with check in and departure times.
5. The Guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by themselves or their guests together with all replacements and necessary costs for and damage or loss to the Room or its contents or the resort property caused by any Guest.
6. The Room must not be used for any unlawful purpose.
7. Only the number of people shown on the receipt may stay in the Room overnight.
8. No animals or pets are to be brought into the resort without the expressed prior knowledge and/or written authority of the Manager.
9. Neither the Resort nor the Management is liable for any injury, damage or loss of property which a Guest may sustain while on the resort complex or property grounds.
10. There is no refund for early departure.
11. The Resort or the Manager is not responsible for any mis-description of the Room.
12. In the event of the Guest desiring to cancel the booking, a credit will be applied to “the guest” accommodation account and held for a period of not more than 3 months after which time if no further booking is made the amount becomes the property of Girraween Environmental Lodge. No credit will be applied if booking is cancelled inside 7 days.
13. The by-laws, rules and regulations of the resort complex and any reasonable requirement of the Manager must be complied with. If the guest fails to comply with the Managers request, the room must be vacated immediately.
14. The Manager may inspect the Room at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions.
15. If the occupancy ends or is terminated, the Guest must immediately vacate the Room. The Manager is authorised to do whatever is required to force the eviction of any Guest and removal of Guests’ property.
16. The Manager has the right to charge any credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any guest is liable under this document or otherwise.
17. Glass must never be taken into any of the pool areas. Breakages contaminating the pool or spas will incur a cleaning charge for Guests deemed responsible.
18. 1 key may be issued to you on arrival, a deposit of $50.00 will be held to your account and refunded on returning of key on departure keys not returned on departure will incur a loss of your deposit.

Deposits are non-refundable, however, will be held for an agreed period for future use.
No refund amount for early departures.

No-show shall incur entire amount of booking cost, and no amount will be held for future use.
No cancellation repayments for bookings, however, with agreement between manager and guest, amount may be held for future use.

Additional Adults and children incur additional cost per night $40 per adult and $20 per child
Fold-out beds additional $10

Unfortunately no pets are allowed on the property, there is, however, a resident dog who will be more than happy to substitute and take you walking.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
