Courtyard is an intimate exclusive boutique hotel, the first and only restoration hotel in the old town of Kalkan. Originally the site of an underground cistern providing water to passing travellers and later the home of the Yilmaz family, these buildings have been beautifully restored to provide six unique bedrooms, each with their own personality and style.

These buildings, the larger white washed building and original stone building, combine graceful co-existence of traditional architecture with a sympathetic restoration. The project preserves and reproduces many of the original features including the traditional plastering technique typical of the period, Ottoman balconies, timber shutters and doors as well as working marble and stone fireplaces.

Courtyard is ideally located in the old town, wonderfully peaceful and quiet yet just a few minutes’ walk to restaurants, bars and shops. The pebbly town beach is just a short stroll away and there are various beach clubs dotted around the bay to which you can walk or take a short boat trip.
