La segunda habitación está en la planta alta de la casa principal y dispone de una cama matrimonial tipo King, además de un salón amueblado, y terraza con una piscina personal para niños, con un juego de mesa y sillas, que facilitan ingerir alimentos dentro de la habitación o en la terraza, si es huésped lo desea puede hacer uso del comedor y la cocina adicional a su área independiente.
