TAXI’S AND TRANSFERS
Transfers from O R Thambo International Airport, can be arranged by Big 5 Accommodation Bed and breakfast and are payable cash to the driver, unless otherwise organized prior to arrival.
Meet and greet is when Big 5 arranges a driver to collect and escort you to the vehicle from your terminal of arrival at a pre arranged time. Due to past complications and flight delays it is essential communication is made through email or telephone the day before your departure, confirming flight schedules and arrival times. Purchasing of a South African sim card on arrival at the airport or activating your international roaming on your own sim card prevents any unnecessary communication failures. Please make contact with us on your arrival in to Johannesburg on (082) 8512302 from a South African sim card or (0027) 82 8512302 from your international sim card. Taxi’s are available at the airport – rates range from R200 TO R300 from the airport to the guest house, over seas guests are encouraged to choose taxi’s with reputable licences and signage, We are less than 10km’s from the Airport, it is therefore imperative you choose a driver carefully and provide him with our directions and address as set out in your booking confirmation documents. Please note there is a Big 5 Kempton Park WE ARE BIG 5 ACCOMMODATION EDENVALE.
