Relax and enjoy the privacy of our luxury suites with fully hosted bed and breakfast accommodation. Batemans Bay Manor - Bed and Breakfast is situated on 13 acres just 3 km from the town centre. One property boundary is the A1 (Princes Highway) and we also border the state forest and are only 5km drive from Longbeach and Maloneys Beach.

Single night stays are always welcome however treat yourself to a mini vacation or celebrate a special occasion in our spacious homestead.
Our motel style rooms are private and all have a pleasant outlook – either to the pool area or overlooking tranquil surroundings and rural vistas.

Indulge in a delicious and plentiful continental buffet or cooked breakfast. Guests choose their breakfast from a list of options and we endeavour to cater for all dietary requirements. You are welcome to enjoy the facilities here or wander off to explore the area. There is alot to do around our area of "The Nature Coast" including; bush walking in National Parks, water activities like snorkelling and kayaking, Mogo Zoo (endangered animals) and historic villages to explore.

Facilities here at Batemans Bay Manor allow you to unwind while swimming in the indoor pool, soak in the spa or try the Swedish sauna, play a game of billiards, choose a DVD from our complimentary library. Take advantage of our barbeque facilities for lunch or evening meals.

Outdoors
Batemans Bay Manor - Bed and Breakfast is situated on 13 acres just 3 km north of Batemans Bay town centre. The homestead is surrounded by open grassland and tropical gardens. We have native wildlife like kangaroos and birds visiting. The outdoor areas have eating and seating areas for guest use.
Activities
On the premises we maintain a 12m x 5m salt water pool, a jacuzzi (hot tub) and swedish sauna, in a covered garden area - for guest use. The pool is not heated. A full size billiard table is located adjacent to a large guest lounge area. Board games and DVD library are complimentary.
Food & Drink
A full breakfast is included with the room rate. Each guest is asked to notify us of their breakfat selections to which we prepare and cook to order. The range includes fresh fruit platters, yogurt, cereals, breads, muffins, tea, coffee, juice and a full traditonal cooked breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, beans with vegetarian options also. Cafe style light meals are available on request. Meals are served at individual tables in a separate dining room.

Non-refundable
Please contact us directly if you would like to request a refund for any part of your stay. Special circumstances are considered by management.
Cancellation/ prepayment
Batemans Bay Manor - Bed and Breakfast do not charge prepayment unless the guest specifies that they would like to make full payment prior to arrival. Generally guests can cancel or amend a booking up to three (3) days prior to arrival. Every effort will be made to rebook the room. A cancellation fee up to the full amount of a single night stay may apply.
Children and extra beds
Due to the nature of Bed and Breakfast accommodation we prefer to cater for adults and couples. Children under 5 years of age are NOT accommodated. Older children MUST be supervised and accompanied by an adult at all times to ensure their safety and the comfort and enjoyment of all registered guests. 1 or 2 persons are included in the advertised room rates. Extra adults and children are permitted in only 2 room configurations. A fee will apply. Extra beds are not available.
Pets
Pets are not accommodated on the property. The owners have two cats and two dogs on the premises.
