Villa Perka is situated in the charming, picturesque village of Sv.Nedjelja, Hvar's most important vineyard region. A home to the only Grand cru in Croatia, Zlatan Otok winery, one of Croatia's finest producers is five minutes walk from the villa. In it's immediate vicinity there are numerous fixed free-climbing paths, destinations of many lovers of this sport from all over the world. Few minutes walk from the villa there's also a small grocery shop and two waterside restaurants that serve local dishes and excellent vines. There are many more very good restaurants few minutes drive away. Halfway to the peak of St. Nicholas that offers amazing views over the sea and surrounding islands, there's a cave with the remains of monastery built in 1605.
