Guests canceling up to 1 week before the start of the holiday will receive a refund of 25% of the balance payment.
In case of a split payment, the booking deposit is always non-refundable.

Any additional fees ( bank fees, transfer fees etc ) need to be paid at the time of transferring the room amount
