The old Manor House of the 12 grains is a construction fortified in the 19th century, situated in the middle of Salento, just outside Minervino di Lecce , 7 km from the beach and only 15 minutes drive from Otranto.
The structure, approximately 1000 square meters, is surrounded by an ancient wall with a spacious court and is named after the 12 underground grains. It was recently rebuilt respecting the original building materials and the original style.
It offers accommodation in double and quadruple (with a mezzanine) rooms, served by private bathrooms with shower.. Each room of B&B Masseria 12 Granai is provided with air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi Internet access and a small balcony furnished with table and chairs. All the rooms are no smoking.
